We have a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical BIM Detailer to become part of Suir Engineering Ltd. This role is located in our Citywest Office.

What will be your responsibilities in this role?

  • Monitor 2D schematic vs 3D output conversion.
  • Electrical Containment & support modelling.
  • 3D coordination of Asset Information Model.
  • Produce images for clash reports.
  • Contribute to the process of creating as-built documentation.
  • Follow document control procedures.
  • Communicate with the Project Manager to provide progress updates.
  • Participate in meetings with Clients when required.

Is this the right position for me?

  • Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' relevant Electrical modelling/BIM experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Autodesk Suite of products.
  • Understanding of fundamental construction processes and procedures.
  • Strong PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint, Revit, AutoCAD, FABCAD, Navis works).
  • Prior experience in producing AutoCAD service drawings.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend specifications and drawings.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
  • Capability to work effectively within a team.
