  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of people topics aligned to the People Operations (POps) menu of services such as reorganizations, compensation, talent management, team/leadership effectiveness, change management/transformation.
  • Contribute to the deployment of Human Resources (HR) programs and processes for a product area, market or HR service line via dynamic consultations.
  • Identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from executive leaders as needed.
  • Identify key business/product, market or HR service lines that require change and activate/leverage people experience/POps stakeholders and drive cross-team collaboration.
