Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

Grade: Senior Consultant

Contract type: Permanent

A snapshot of your peer group:

  • At least 3 years' experienceleading and delivering projects, specifically within the area of People & Change or Organisational Transformations.
  • Understanding and practical experience of organisational design and workforce planning projects would be an advantage.
  • Strong Project Management skills – PM certifications would be an advantage.
  • Experience and a passion for people development, coaching and mentoring.

Your team:

You will be joining a dynamic team of 38 people from 10 different nationalities speaking more than 15 languages with one thing in common - a passion for people. The team delivers on four key service offerings namely change management, organizational design, talent management and leadership, culture, and diversity.
