Ergo are currently seeking a Junior Business Change Manager. You will be responsible for supporting the change management activities for complex IT projects and programs and leading some change management workstreams on smaller projects. The role will suit someone that is eager to learn and develop their change management skills.
You will work closely with Senior Change Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Teams, and Stakeholders to ensure that the changes are delivered smoothly and effectively. You will also assist in designing and implementing Change Management Strategies, Plans, and Tools that align with the project objectives and the organisational culture.
As a Junior Business Change Manager, you must be comfortable with uncertainty; We work in a fast-paced environment, and you must be flexible to requirements change. You should be consultative, personable, and able to communicate to all levels of management. This role is office, client site or work-from-home based as required.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with clients
  • Assist in assessing the impact of the changes on the organization, the processes, the systems, and the people.
  • Assist in developing and executing change management plans that include communication, training, coaching, and resistance management.
  • Stakeholder Management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Engage and collaborate with senior leaders, sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders to build awareness, commitment, and readiness for the changes.
  • Assist in facilitating workshops, meetings, and sessions to deliver change management deliverables and address change-related challenges.
  • Assist in monitoring and measuring the progress and outcomes of the change management activities and adjust the plans as needed.
  • Assist in identifying and managing risks and issues related to the change management process.
  • Provide guidance and support to the project teams and the end users throughout the change lifecycle.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • At least two years of experience in change management, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Certification in Change Management, such as Prosci, ACMP, or CMI, is an asset.
  • Experience of applying Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in writing Project Communications.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior leaders, sponsors, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365, and other relevant software.
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity supporting change programmes using the Microsoft Office 365 technology suite a distinct advantage.
