Are you the next Director for our People & Change team?

Location: Dublin, within our hybrid working model.

Grade: Director

Contract type: Permanent

We are looking for a director to join our growing People & Change team in our Management Consulting practice. The position is full-time permanent, with a flexible contract option. While ideally based in Dublin, there's flexibility due to our all-island reach.

A glimpse of your peer group:

  • Minimum 15 years leading consulting projects in People & Change or Organisational Transformations.
  • Experience in practice management, with a focus on people development.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in various people advisory service offerings.
  • Strong Project Management skills.

Your role and achievements will evolve as you progress with us. Initially, you can expect to:

  • Focus on organizational development/effectiveness.
  • Engage in organizational design & implementation.
  • Participate in operating model design and implementation.
  • Contribute to workforce planning and implementation.
  • Work on business readiness/training.
  • Drive cultural change.
  • Manage talent.
