The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Stay updated on the latest food trends and enjoy experimenting with new recipes

Exhibit attention to detail and excellent presentation skills

Execute tasks efficiently, coordinate with team members, and maintain clear communication

Follow standard recipes and tailor food orders to meet customer preferences

Be open to multitasking and performing various duties as needed within the establishment

Requirements:

  • HACCP training to at least level 2
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Adherence to store policies, HACCP guidelines, and safety protocols
  • Compliance with a strict dress code and personal hygiene standards as per HACCP guidelines
