Role

We are looking to hire Customer Experience & Digital Transformation professionals at various levels (Senior Consultant, Manager). Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Digital, Channel, or Customer Experience Transformation programs.
  • Diverse business skills such as strategy development, product design, customer research, change management, and technical delivery.
  • Familiarity with CX/UX design processes including customer insight, journey design, user stories, and prototyping tools like Figma, Invision, etc.
  • Experience in implementing technical solutions like self-service platforms, CRM systems, analytics platforms, automation, and AI.
  • Advantageous to have certifications in Customer Experience, Agile, or Programme Management.
  • Skills in people development, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Consulting experience is a bonus.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead Customer/User Experience projects including research, analytics, design thinking, prototyping, and measurement.
  • Drive Digital Transformation projects such as digital strategy development, business analysis, agile delivery support, and process automation.
