About the Role

Workday is looking for a Corporate Sales Development Representative to join a emerging market team here in our Dublin office.

We are looking for driven individuals to be able to proactively build relationships with prospective customers for Workday''s Dutch market, dealing closely with our field sales team based across EMEA to develop sales activity. This role will give you excellent exposure working with other departments within Workday such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and other departments when required.

About You

Half orator, half organizer – you combine inspiring idea pitching skills with the organizational obsession of someone who alphabetizes their vinyl collection. You'll perform a vital role within our sales team developing inbound and outbound leads – via demo requests, emails, and phone calls – into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. This is an ideal role for an articulate, determined, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about starting a career in sales and business development at a fast-growing company, and has a relentless work ethic.
