Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) collaborates with mid-market and rapidly-growing businesses worldwide, particularly those with international presence and ambitions. The primary focus of this position is to enhance cash revenue growth for CCB clients based in Western Europe. The main responsibilities include identifying new revenue sources, supporting and managing RFPs, and increasing wallet penetration for revenue generation. By engaging in these tasks, you will achieve an annual cash revenue growth rate for the Western European CCB sector, while overseeing sales performance. This role, as an experienced individual contributor, is expected to drive sustainable growth swiftly, handling multiple clients and meeting senior management expectations.

Key Outline:

Located in Ireland, the main objective of this role is to assist the Cash Management Sales team in serving the top clients of Citi Commercial Bank based in Western European countries, and expanding global wallet share. In this capacity, you will be involved in complex deals through the deal review process, overseeing and supporting implementation, and ensuring timely revenue enhancement. Subsequent to implementation, regular client engagement and assessment will enable you to conduct client analysis to uncover new opportunities for product and wallet growth. This is an individual contributor role that is anticipated to drive rapid sustainable growth, managing demands from multiple clients and stakeholders effectively.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish Citi as the primary international banking partner for our client segments.
  • Spot new product opportunities to increase wallet share, creating a robust cross-sell pipeline.
  • Conduct frequent client account reviews and devise action plans to boost revenue and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Regularly track the deal pipeline and review implementation progress and revenue realization.
  • Maintain product knowledge to uphold your role as a client advisor within the client organization.
  • Offer resolutions for any escalated client issues and facilitate their resolution to ensure outstanding client experience.
  • Collaborate with Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) teams in product, sales, and implementation to oversee the execution of won deals.
  • Boost customer volumes/revenues in a dynamic and evolving environment.
  • Travel: 25-50% (across Western Europe)
