About the Job:

In this role, you will handle personal lending applications and inquiries from our valued customers in the Republic of Ireland and the UK via phone. Direct Banking is seeking enthusiastic individuals with a flair for sales to join our dynamic team. Our core value revolves around prioritizing customers in every aspect of our operations. By leveraging the backing of Ireland's largest bank, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating customer interactions with us efficiently and effectively.

As this role involves the sale of both Regulated and Non-Regulated products, candidates must attain accreditation in these product categories by completing Qualified Financial Advisor modules within a specified timeframe. The Bank will cover registration costs with the Institute of Bankers and for the completion of required modules. Successful candidates will also receive a financial incentive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle various inbound and outbound calls from customers.
  • Establish rapport with customers, understand their needs, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Take ownership of and resolve customer issues satisfactorily.
  • Address customer queries promptly and aim for first call resolution.

Your Skill Set:

  • Demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service is preferred.
  • Achievement of set targets is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to achieving full accreditation, including passing APA Loans during the probationary period and working towards QFA status.
