Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the HR Operations team to facilitate the smooth management of the employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Assist in payroll administration tasks and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate wellness programs to enhance employee well-being and engagement.
  • Support benefits administration by communicating with external providers.
  • Maintain current documentation, policies, and procedures to ensure accessibility and adherence to regulations.
  • Assist the recruitment team with various tasks, including onboarding and contract preparation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement through technological advancements.
  • Become a Workday subject matter expert and support the business in optimizing self-service features.
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities and contribute to additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
  • Prior HR experience in a cooperative placement or summer role is advantageous.
