We are seeking a passionate Senior Client Manager to drive new business acquisition and help translate their business vision into reality.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and grow relationships to drive land, expansion and renewals across all solutions within assigned accounts in segment 3. Pursue leads identified by aligned Lead Generation Reps. Minimise churn and maximise retention in assigned accounts. Drive client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients' buying process. Generate demand by assisting clients to identify current needs and then effectively articulate how NTT can add value through our services and solutions. Influence and work closely with vendors to achieve required results. Use NTT's sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast. Own the sales process, to drive new client acquisition and drive conversations focused on new products, services and solution offerings. Manage and nurture relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all NTT solutions and services. You will be given a sales quota and a competitive commission structure. Proactively engage and collaborate with NTT's specialist sales teams from various go-to-market practices, as well as the client services and service delivery teams, to see opportunities through to closure. Create comprehensive client business plans and help negotiate and construct complex, multi-year deals to ensure win-win solutions for both the client and NTT. Develop and implement opportunity plans, ensuring regular check-ins with the primary point of contact and buy-in from all stakeholders. Participate in organization-wide opportunity and deal review boards, ensuring your sales data is up to date to inform sales-related insights and analytics.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

Have an impressive track record of selling platform-delivered solutions, services and managed services and also of managing enterprise accounts in the Irish marketplace. Have demonstrated experience in negotiation and managing large, multi-year profitable contracts at C-level Are skilled at consultative selling with a business outcome-led approach Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including senior technical specialists and other internal stakeholders. Are proactive and thrive on solving problems to deliver the best solutions for clients. Have the desire to learn and continually seek ways to improve services delivered to our clients. Selling methodology experience (TAS, Meddic, SPIN etc.) Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Relevant Degree or Advanced Diploma Post-graduate qualification would be advantageous Required Experience: Advanced experience in a similar role in a similar environment Advanced experience in a sales environment in the Irish marketplace Advanced sales and client engagement experience coupled with a good understanding of business, sourcing and technology market Advanced experience negotiating with clients and vendors Advanced experience with business to business and business to consumer sales techniques Experience providing mentoring and coaching to less experienced client managers Advanced experience analysing commercial information Experience working with contact platform
