As they continue to grow, they're seeking a talented Contracts Manager to play a key role in their ongoing success.


As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all contractual aspects of their projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders to manage contracts effectively from inception to completion.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all contractual matters throughout the project lifecycle, including procurement, negotiation, and administration of contracts.
  • Review and analyse contract documents, identifying risks, opportunities, and deviations from established standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement contract management strategies that optimize performance and mitigate risks.
  • Lead contract negotiations with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor project progress and financial performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve disputes and claims in a timely and cost-effective manner, maintaining positive relationships with all parties involved.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related issues, offering solutions and recommendations as needed.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract management, applying knowledge to enhance processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law, construction contracts, and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office suite.
