2K develops and publishes interactive entertainment globally for console systems, handheld gaming devices and personal computers, including smartphones and tablets. 2K is a leading publisher of today's most popular gaming genres and most well-known for critically acclaimed game franchises like NBA 2K, WWE 2K, BioShock, Borderlands, Evolve, XCOM and the beloved Sid Meier's Civilization.

What is the Role:

This full-time role resides within the dynamic, collaborative & forward thinking 2K Demand Generation / Player Connection department. The successful candidate will spearhead CRM activations (email, push, and lifecycle) for industry-leading titles across 2K's portfolio, spanning all regions across the globe. Your oversight and delivery of these activities are vital to our player enjoyment of our products, deepening their engagement within the out-of-game ecosystem and pivotal to 2K's ongoing commercial success.

From inception to execution, you'll manage CRM activations—working closely with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, optimize campaigns and analyse performance – taking forward learnings for future campaigns and sharing these across BUs as we continue to ensure state of the art 2K Publishing. Collaboration is key, involving internal teams such as Brand and Product Marketing, Product Management, Analytics, Marketing Tech, HTML Developers, Legal, and Privacy Compliance.

But that's not all You'll also operate on the marketing forefront, leveraging cutting-edge tools for enhanced targeting and performance tracking. Additionally, you'll contribute to technology projects aimed at improving the CRM team's marketing toolkit and future-proofing CRM activations.

What you will do:

CRM Activations – Execution and Optimization: Own the campaign creation process from start to finish, engage with stakeholders on campaigns planning and deliverables - including leading on strategic, tech & efficiency improvements.
Creativity: Collaborate closely with 2K's creative team to design visually captivating email templates that not only perform well but also display seamlessly across all devices and email service providers (ESPs). Marketing Tech: Collaborate with the marketing technology team on all things CRM tech such as audience creation, CRM data architecture, Email opt-in flows and CRM setup for new IP launches. Communication and Reporting: Provide information, updates & reporting to various stakeholders (internal or external partners) on ongoing and past activations. Relationship Management: Work with multiple stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment on strategy and the effective delivery of marketing plans. Coaching: Coach and guide graduates rotating on the team periodically to help them settle in and learn CRM processes and workflows. Owned: Learn and engage with the wider Owned Team (In-Game/Launcher) to increase your understanding of cross-channel campaigns - equipping you with key skills and unrivalled knowledge for your marketing journey.

What Skills are Needed:

Ideally Gaming & Product Savvy: Some familiarity with popular 2K titles is desirable. Data Dynamo: Highly skilled in numeracy and analytics. Capable of sifting through large datasets, creating reports for senior stakeholders, and identifying trends to drive data-driven business decisions. Pixel-Perfect: Meticulous attention to detail ensures flawless CRM campaigns delivered to millions of 2K players. Initiative Igniter: A self-starter who fearlessly tackles new challenges, questions the status quo, and brings a fresh perspective to the table. Forward-Thinking Strategist: Proactively organizes tasks and future-proofs solutions, ensuring that high-impact work takes precedence. People Connector: Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal and external teams, emphasizing relationship management as a key aspect of the role.
