Remuneration is a component of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are determined based on the candidate's background and location. Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications both in our data center and the cloud
  • Provide support to numerous developers at scale
  • Enhance automation of enterprise applications
  • Facilitate in-audit controls and security measures
  • Troubleshoot integrations utilizing APIs and SDKs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on constructing and resolving integrations
  • Ensure the reliability and availability of applications
  • Work with the team to achieve sprint objectives
  • Participate in on-call rotations to maintain support for production systems

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years of experience supporting source control tools like GitHub, Gitlab, BitBucket, Azure Devops for internal engineers
  • 3-5 years of Linux System Administration experience (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with reading and debugging Linux system logs
  • Hands-on experience with Git and ability to troubleshoot common git errors and issues (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of production-level virtual machines and Cloud environments
  • Experience with APIs and working at a low-level with APIs, e.g., curl
  • Automation of tasks using scripts
  • Ability to address ambiguous problems effectively
  • Think abstractly and provide guidance to others
  • Adapt to changing requirements and projects
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Proficient in spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GitHub Enterprise administration
  • Proficiency in GitHub administration, including repository or organization management, understanding the Audit Log, and general organization settings
  • In-depth knowledge of a programming language such as Python, Bash, or Node
  • Familiarity with additional GitHub features like GitHub Actions and GitHub Integrations
  • Understanding of Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Grafana
  • Knowledge of feature flags and code quality tools
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code
