  • Proficiency in operations metric analytics and reporting.
  • Skilled in monitoring and analyzing performance KPIs and SLAs.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.
  • Experience in a large multinational matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior operational management experience.
  • Background in healthcare.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau.
  • Skilled in business analysis and requirement documentation.
  • Understanding of the US healthcare system and medical claims.
  • Tableau report designing and development.
