About This Role:

As a member of the Commercial Portfolio team, your main tasks involve collaborating with Sales Leaders and Teams to establish and execute engagement plans that promote and drive Enterprise Agreements with our key customers. Your role might involve face-to-face client interactions, managing the entire Deal Cycle for crucial, large, complex, or highly competitive deals. You will focus on building customer trust by crafting actionable strategies, shaping opportunities, and leading deal negotiations to closure.

This role will have high visibility and will involve engaging with C-level executives, IT teams, and various business units to achieve business objectives, enhance the adoption of Cloud SG services, and minimize revenue loss in all forms.

You will work closely with Cloud SG customers, field sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes by assisting customers in tackling challenges and creating innovative solutions that bring value awareness and open up revenue growth possibilities.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create Strategic Engagement Plans, including evaluating the account status across the Cloud SG portfolio and identifying negotiation opportunities
  • Play roles in negotiations and customer closures for important deals
  • Develop deal strategies to meet customer goals
  • Drive revenue growth and service stickiness
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Act as a trusted advisor in commercial strategy development
  • Develop strategies for Customer Value Realization
  • Lead or support deal presentations to Customers

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in working on significant software or cloud service deals throughout the sales process
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and various internal stakeholders for sizable commercial deals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Finance
  • Understanding of the technology ecosystem
  • Fluency in English required, additional languages preferred (German, French, Italian)
