Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

- Technology-related technical sales experience or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with technology-related sales experience.

- Technology-related sales or account management experience or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with demonstrated technology-related sales or account management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Be the technical leader for Modern Work solutions such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, M365 Copilot, Intune, VIVA, etc., in your Pod.
  • Engage with customer technical contacts to identify leads for sellers and lead use case ideation, customer workshops, and technical architecture design.
  • Partner with MW Specialist to close deals, engage with qualified opportunities, and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Lead engagement discipline for accounts and provide strategic, technical, and partner input based on Microsoft capabilities.
  • Work with account teams to shape win plans and tailor Microsoft messaging, present products/services, apply architecture patterns, and drive cross-workload support.
