Our circular services help clients cut down on their environmental impact while staying focused on their core operations.The PositionAs an HR administrator, you will need to work independently, be creative, embrace change, and thrive in a dynamic setting. Your role at the Tallaght plant will involve managing employee onboarding and offboarding, performance evaluations, absence and time tracking, and providing HR support to middle management teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries
  • Manage HR documentation
  • Maintain an accurate and updated HR database in compliance with regulations
  • Oversee the recruitment process and collaborate with management to ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Conduct onboarding for new employees on the time and attendance system
  • Develop and conduct induction training for new staff
  • Distribute necessary documents such as employment contracts and medical questionnaires
  • Monitor employee visas to ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies
  • Support middle managers in performance management activities
  • Ensure timely completion of 3- and 6-month probation reviews
  • Assist production shift managers in handling letters of concern
  • Lead investigations as needed
  • Collaborate with payroll on queries and maintain employee records
  • Assist various departments in implementing procedures and policies
  • Promote diversity and equality within the company culture
  • Handle general office administration tasks
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong communication and administration skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and address HR issues promptly
  • Proficiency in Office software
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Please be aware that this role requires on-site presence five days a week.
