The global employer brand team plays a vital role in aligning employer brand key messages, amplifying employee stories, and bringing our EVP to life. We work at a fast pace, and our lean team needs to be resourceful and creative to accomplish our goals. We are agile and change directions when vital, and thrive in an ambiguous, ever-evolving environment. What you'll be doing

  • Build, curate and develop persona-based, candidate-centric or employee-centric content (including writing copy, designing graphics and creating videos) for internal and external media and communications
  • Provide input and help implement brand activation and recruitment marketing strategies specific to a business unit, talent pool and/or geographic region, across our owned, earned and paid media (e.g. careers site, review sites, programmatic advertising, SEO and more)
  • Support the region/business unit strategy and execution for our CRM, including designing and implementing email marketing campaigns, career events and landing pages
  • Grow online communities (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) including sharing content, responding to comments and questions; analyze data insights, trends, and content performance
  • Empower brand ambassadors across the organization, including supporting our employee advocacy program, creating and delivering training, toolkits and hosting workshops, and supporting training and adoption for technology platforms
  • Support our inclusion and diversity strategy through an employer brand lens for the region/business segment
  • Use analytics and reporting to recommend creative attraction strategies to build awareness, increase engagement and drive application conversions
  • Understand and use data insights that measure Baxter's employer brand reputation, media strategy effectiveness, and technology impact within the region or business segment

What you'll bring

  • A minimum of three years of work experience, preferably including experience in an in-house talent acquisition team or employer branding/recruitment marketing
  • Creative with a strong eye for design, with experience creating graphics in Canva; outstanding attention-to-detail; impeccable writing and storytelling skills
  • Success working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, environment
  • Ability to develop relationships with team members in a virtual capacity
  • Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable giving and receiving feedback
  • Prior experience thriving in a global environment is a plus
  • Experience with brand storytelling or marketing preferred
