KNOW THE ROLE
The Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting store management by ensuring a customer-centric focus on the sales floor through exceptional floor supervision. As a vital team member, you will contribute to enhancing store efficiency and profitability by fostering team unity, promoting staff development, establishing goals, and ensuring adherence to all Coach standards.
We are seeking an outstanding Supervisor who leads by example, sets the tone on the sales floor, and offers constructive feedback to the store team to surpass Coach Service benchmarks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Experience in a managerial role within a retail service setting;
- Familiarity with, and proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Effective communication skills with customers and staff, and adeptness in sales operations;
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet business requirements.
