About the Role

The Platform team is a core product management team empowered to deliver a rock-solid platform and a best-in-class experience for our customers. This team collaborates effectively with each other and other valuable stakeholders to create compelling roadmaps delivered together with engineering.

We are evolving our Vectra platform to reduce coupling between backend and frontend by creating extensible frameworks and managed data contracts (Data Products). Ultimately this enables more consistency and faster velocity for evolutionary and groundbreaking changes. We would love to welcome an experienced Technical Product Manager to our team to lead this evolution, including the internal and external APIs

At a Glance

As Senior Technical PM you will be responsible for and drive the creation of Data Products between upstream publishers (detections, objects, state, activity data, etc) and downstream consumers (UI, API, Data Science, Hunting, Investigations, Reporting, Dashboards, SIEM, SOAR, etc).

  • Constantly find opportunities to evolve Data Products to support new products or new capabilities through deep stakeholder engagement and intimate knowledge of the available data
  • Propel the crafting of extensible frameworks, such as templatised pages, using managed data contracts to centralise common behaviour while supporting tailored capabilities
  • Own customer-facing APIs
  • Manage product backlog and roadmap
  • Collaborate with engineering & UX during the development phase to monitor progress, resolve design issues and deliver high-quality releases
What Will Impress Us
  • 5+ years of technical product management experience or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to driving multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Strong experience with APIs
  • Solid experience with creating Data Products or Data Models
  • Demonstrated Ability to work cross-functionally and across geographies with multiple collaborators
  • A technical background in software development is a plus
