Responsibilities:

Client Investment Management Agreements:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate investment management agreements with key third-party clients.
  • Handle investment advisory agreements within the Amundi Group.

Corporate:

  • Support drafting and maintenance of outsourcing and procurement agreements.
  • Provide legal support for Amundi Technology business line.

Regulatory:

  • Advise on legal and regulatory issues such as GDPR, UCITS, MIFID II.

Management Company:

  • Support management company activities, including delegation of investment management.
