How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The successful candidates will join an experienced team to deal with Credit Control Invoice management and Debt Collection to thousands of customers in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland working between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable. Remuneration packages are dependent on relevant experience.

  • Actively pursue outstanding invoices for payment
  • Raise credit notes and supplementary invoices as and when required
  • Daily Collection Calls and emails
  • Monthly invoice run sending statements and daily receipts via post and email
  • Raising and resolving customer queries in a timely manner
  • Strong and accurate data entry & typing
  • Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide range of contacts both internal and external
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a polite and courteous telephone manner.

  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft excel and google sheets for reporting
  • Review exception reports and make corrections to contracts where necessary
  • Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the appropriate line managers from time to time, related to the effective and efficient performance of the job
