As the primary point of contact for prospects, ideal BDRs possess a deep understanding of the sales cycle, excelling in lead research, fostering new connections, and preparing Territory Managers for success. The role demands a quick learner with excellent communication skills who can effectively demonstrate the value of Foxit's solutions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify sales prospects from enterprise firms using leads from the Marketing team or sourcing your own.
  • Conduct qualified meetings with potential clients or project teams involved in potential license purchases, ensuring key stakeholders are present. Update Salesforce with meeting details and contact roles.
  • Capture valuable insights during meetings to equip Territory Account Managers in seizing opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering effective solutions.
  • Maintain Salesforce records with essential data, such as pain points, current vendors, and renewal dates as applicable. Store meeting recordings in Salesforce while adhering to compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to explore new outbound business prospects.
  • Participate in local marketing events to engage with prospects face-to-face and drive positive outcomes.
  • Establish trust with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Objectives and Requirements:
  • Meet monthly targets by generating and qualifying 14 sales opportunities from enterprise clients (500+ employees).
  • Develop a focused pipeline of Enterprise Opportunities monthly within your designated territory.
  • Ensure accurate and current data is logged in Salesforce for each opportunity, including pertinent details and contact roles.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with the Territory Account Manager and internal teams to drive successful sales results.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential , with knowledge of additional languages considered advantageous.

We seek a proactive, detail-oriented, results-focused professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales or Strategic Business Development, ideally thriving in a dynamic sales environment.
