Vi söker specialistläkare i allmänmedicin som gillar utveckling och teamwork

Är du specialist i allmänmedicin och vill jobba på hälsocentral samt tilltalas av variationen som finns på en sådan arbetsplats? Som medarbetare hos oss bidrar du med kunskap och engagemang som får människor att känna sig trygga och bekräftade i mötet med dig. Du är en närvarande och positiv person som ser möjligheter och med omsorg ser patienten och anpassar vården efter de behov som uppstår. Du har driv och en förmåga att se helheten och vill verka för en arbetsplats där patienten alltid står i centrum.

Vi ser gärna att du har förmåga att ta stort eget ansvar och kan prioritera när så behövs. Du ska ha behörighet att verka inom svensk hälso- och sjukvård, god kunskap i svenska och engelska samt förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i såväl tal som skrift motsvarande C1 nivå. Därutöver sätter vi värde på ytterligare språkkunskaper. Vi värdesätter intresse för handledning då det är en del av uppdraget. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid dina personliga egenskaper.

Det här får du arbeta med
I uppdraget ingår att möta patienter i alla åldrar med alla sorters hälsorelaterade problem samt att självständigt likväl som med teamet bedöma och behandla dessa. I det allmänmedicinska arbetet följer du patientens olika hälsoproblem över tid och i bedömningen väger du in patientens livssituation. Du kommer att vara aktiv i läkargruppen och i samverkan med övriga yrkesgrupper på hälsocentralen. Vi har ett nära samarbete med kommunen och övriga hälsocentraler inom primärvården Boden. I rollen ingår handledning till studenter, AT- och ST läkare samt medarbetare på hälsocentralen. Du kommer att ansvara för ett geografiskt område, enligt socialstyrelsens nationella riktvärde för fast läkarkontakt i primärvården.

Vi arbetar med digitala- såväl som fysiska besök med fokus på god och nära vård. Vi ser patienten som en aktiv och självklar part i den egna hälsan där patienten får sin vård på så få besök som möjligt. Dagsprogrammen utformas individuellt med struktur för möten och utbildning samt administrativt arbete. Vi arbetar aktivt med flöden och strävar efter så förutsägbara arbetsdagar som möjligt med medarbetarinflytande. Vår introduktion planeras i samråd med dig, teamledare och medicinskt ledningsansvarig läkare allt för att bygga din kunskapsbank och ge dig en trygghet i arbetet.

Du har möjligheten att söka tillsvidareanställning eller vikariat på hel- eller deltid. Jour- och beredskapsarbete ingår vid den gemensamma jourverksamheten för primärvården Boden. Region Norrbotten tillämpar individuell lönesättning enligt kollektivavtal.
