ole:

The ITBRM Specialist will be required to support the development and sustainment of effective business relationships between the AIB business units and Technology & Data, including AIB's
ITstrategic partners.

ITBRM have responsibility for a diverse range of technology and support services within a support and control framework, which ensures the availability, accuracy and integrity of the Bank's systems and services.

It is a dynamic work environment presenting multiple challenges and will appeal to experienced
ITprofessionals who are interested in pursuing challenging roles.


Key Responsibilities Include:

Take responsibility for issues, complaints and requirements highlighted by the business in to the BRM team, ensuring effective remediation to the customer's satisfaction.

Manage, nurture, and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, the business and our suppliers ensuring a streamlined and effective engagement process and that deliverables and obligations are met.

Develop, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with the
ITcommunity to allow maximum value and return on investment is achieved from supplier relationships.

Interacting with AIB teams to ensure that process-related activities address Business needs.

Manage relationships with Business Champions and facilitate monthly check-in calls Deputise for the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) team in his/her absence either through scheduled or unplanned leave.

Operation of an effective and appropriate service review process with business areas to maintain a productive relationship management framework and effective communication in the provision of services.

Provision and maintenance of all key customer metrics to underpin the customer relationship process. Assist local management to ensure full and continued compliance with processes within the Operations function, e.g. ITIL, ISO20000 Support local management in the management and development of our people in line with AIB organisational values.

Assist in the management and development of a team of highly skilled technical staff, sharing responsibility for their motivation, assessment, development, training and teamwork practices.
