What You'll Do
Joining our Global Spirits team as a Digital Engagement Specialist, you will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with brand teams and local stakeholders to manage our social channels, online communities, and direct to consumer channels (DTC). Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Global Brand Teams on DTC strategies, stock levels, product catalog, pricing, and more
- Developing and executing a cutting-edge Social Media strategy
- Planning and implementing content strategies aligned with brand values
- Engaging online communities and creating advocacy
- Reporting and optimizing strategies regularly
- Managing content repository for global marketing and trade teams
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Digital, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields
- +3 years' experience managing brand social media communities in the alcohol beverage or FMCG industry
- Proficiency in community management, social media strategies, and DTC channels
- Experience with social media management tools and creative software is advantageous
