About the position

We are on the lookout for a highly driven Business Recruiter. As a Recruiter, you will focus on sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our expanding Sales, Support & Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in attracting and recruiting exceptional talent, a profound understanding of the recruitment process, and outstanding communication and people skills.

This is a contract opportunity for 6 months.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the entire recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate journey

- Manage candidate sourcing and pipeline development

- Conduct interviews, keep candidates informed, and handle negotiations

- Manage hiring managers' expectations and establish interview processes

- Collaborate with hiring managers to devise effective sourcing strategies for each position

- Create recruitment advertising and employment branding plans

Requirements

- 2-5 years of comprehensive business recruiting experience (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Support, Account Management, or G&A)

- Prior exposure to startups and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

- Demonstrated skills in talent sourcing, attraction, and recruitment

- Proven track record in meeting high-volume recruitment targets

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

- Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities

- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and leveraging them for hiring decisions

- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software

This role will be based in our Dublin office. At Rippling, we operate on a Hybrid Working Model - 3 days in the office weekly.
