Purpose:
The incumbent will play a key role in a team managing Windows 10 Workstations, laptops, Networks, Market Data, and voice communications systems. Responsibilities include supporting units in London and Dublin.
Accountabilities:
- Champion a customer-focused culture
- Provide first, second, and some third-line support
- Conduct support duties following ITIL best practices
- Maintain inventories of mobile devices
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Assist in IT hardware and asset management
- Manage staff onboarding/offboarding
- Ensure system security and compliance
- Provision applications and equipment
- Monitor system performance
- Adhere to risk processes and controls
