As a Account Manager Customer Success, you will work with our Customer Success Manager, sales department and management to support our existing customers to grow with Salesforce and expand their possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum experience and skills:

  • It is essential to have at least 1 year of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem (experience as a Salesforce AE would be advantageous).
  • Financial services industry knowledge is advantageous.
  • +3 years within account management or business development.
  • Understanding of the consulting world and Customer Success department.
  • Relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships.
  • Proactive mindset to drive growth.
  • Consulting experience is advantageous.

Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Find opportunities for new projects and services within Comnexa's existing customers.
  • Drive growth by developing the existing Customer Success portfolio.
  • Showcase the latest Salesforce updates to Comnexa's existing customers.
  • Host quarterly business reviews with key accounts and create strategic account plans to develop a long-term strategy for the client, aligned with their objectives and needs.
  • Develop a close relationship with your customers and organise regular follow-up meetings.
  • Ensure client satisfaction within Customer Success and advise to improve satisfaction.
  • Connect regularly with internal stakeholders to identify future opportunities within existing customers.
  • Work closely together with the Customer Success Manager and Sales team at Comnexa to draw up technical and commercial proposals.
  • Identify the best strategy for a continuous collaboration with Salesforce, including working closely with Salesforce Account Executives.
  • Act as the relationship point and a trusted advisor between the customer and Comnexa for Customer Success team.
  • Set up proposals autonomously and manage data in Salesforce.
  • Participate in various client events and Salesforce events.
