Job Description

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Managing worldwide cash operations, banking, and compliance
  • Overseeing our International Treasury Center and related subsidiaries
  • Coordinating global short-term cash forecasting in collaboration with our finance team and business partners worldwide
  • Supervising the settlement of all intercompany balances
  • Handling and reviewing intercompany loan portfolios, facilities, financing strategies, and funding structure
  • Managing foreign currency exposures and settling all FX contracts
  • Providing oversight and support for the administration of all treasury applications and systems
  • Assisting in the development and adherence to treasury policies and procedures
  • Identifying opportunities for process optimization within the treasury department and enhancing internal controls
  • Collaborating with, and at times overseeing inputs from, the broader group treasury team based in the US
  • Dreaming big by conceptualizing and executing projects to advance the long-term objectives of the company and treasury function
Qualifications

Your Background:

  • Over 7 years of experience in corporate treasury, financial services, or related fields
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing or leading cash and liquidity processes
  • Familiarity with an International Treasury Center (In-house bank, Centralized FX, Pay-on-Behalf-of, & Netting)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (CTP, CPA, CFA credentials preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
