The Primark Customer Function acts as the primary voice of the customer, being their advocates and custodians of the customer experience. As the Head of Market, Social & Customer Insights, you will collaborate closely with various teams to support in-market operations and play a crucial role in upholding our purpose, strategy, and values.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will collaborate with diverse professionals using various skill sets. Your daily tasks will involve:

  • Developing and leading Market & Customer Insights strategy
  • Integrating multiple data sources for a holistic customer view
  • Managing a team specializing in Market, Social, and Customer Insights
  • Connecting insights to brand health and business performance
  • Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicating insights
