We are currently seeking a Head of Marketing to join the Staycity Group. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead, shape, and execute our marketing strategy for our expanding international aparthotel portfolio. Your technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership will be pivotal in reinforcing Staycity Aparthotels as a symbol of excellence in the hospitality industry.

What will the Head of Marketing do?

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at driving business growth.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of marketing programs and activities.
  • Oversee Marketing Activities: Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Partnership Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with key industry partners and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making processes and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
