About the Team and the Role:

The eBay CBT International Markets team takes charge of buyer marketing and growth operations globally, covering over 150 markets and 11 different languages. Our goal is to drive growth by making eBay's products accessible to buyers worldwide through a seamless shopping experience. To boost our Buyer team, we need a Senior Manager focused on Buyer Growth Operations, who will juggle multiple projects to drive buyer growth in collaboration with Marketing and Buyer Experience teams. This role will be part of a lively, global team spanning three continents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategies to boost buyer growth in various cross-border trade markets
  • Leading the charge in creating a solid plan to grow the Professional Buyers segment, from establishing the marketing approach to post-sales operations
  • Working with the international team to enhance the CBT buyer experience, covering areas like customer service, regulations, trust, monetization, and legal aspects
  • Owning team performance reporting, including business intelligence, presenting to senior stakeholders, and operational processes

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Impressive interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • Proactive approach to tasks
  • Effective prioritization and planning skills
  • Capable of managing internal and external partners efficiently
  • Aptitude for sourcing, briefing, and working with external vendors when necessary
  • A deep passion for our mission and a keen understanding of our customers
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English, knowledge of Spanish is a bonus
