Our client is in need of a creative, analytical, and seasoned Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their team. Experience in the digital marketing field is a must, and having prior experience implementing a unified digital marketing strategy is a plus.

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator , your role will involve supporting the creation of digital content to boost engagement and growth on our divisional websites. You will collaborate with external agencies and actively work with the business to enhance the performance of our content and digital campaigns. Additionally, you will oversee the translation of digital content, cooperating with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, consistent translated content following best practices.

You'll play a crucial role in collaborating closely with various stakeholders to translate business objectives into customer-centric solutions that yield meaningful and measurable outcomes. The position entails driving continuous digital enhancement in collaboration with a diverse marketing team to bolster our digital strategy. We seek an individual with keen attention to detail, experience in a global setting, and strong project management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages project activities across stakeholders and monitors task completion until full execution.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop landing pages, organic and paid social media, and email marketing content.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to implement strategies and enhance digital experiences.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of customer journeys and user needs, applying insights to content and UX strategy.
  • Monitors KPIs closely and utilizes data to inform future content and campaign development.
  • Manages the yearly medical education content calendar, ensuring adherence to set timelines.
  • Handles all translation requests by working with internal stakeholders and translation agencies to deliver translated content as per agreed timelines.
  • Maintains positive communication and collaboration with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Collaborates with external agencies on digital initiatives.
  • Stays updated on digital best practices and trends, translating knowledge into actionable strategy insights.
  • Ensures adherence to Digital Marketing policies during all activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of Marketing or Digital Marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and its regulations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Background in managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with technology, marketing, and creative teams in a fast-paced, agile setting.
