The Digital Marketing Manager at Getty Images is tasked with growing orders and revenue through digital marketing activity across and other properties. As part of the Ecommerce team, you will implement the digital marketing strategies and tactics and be responsible for the implementation and execution primarily in Paid Search. Additionally, you will collaborate with product, SEO, affiliate, retention, and other functions to drive market performance improvements.

Who You Are:
  • You are a passionate digital marketer who embraces creativity and data, art and science, to execute digital campaigns with a strong understanding of how digital marketing channels connect customers with the right products, in the right place, at the right time.
  • You have strategic and hands-on experience within Paid Search.
  • You are someone with a strong attention to detail when implementing campaigns and conducting analytical work. You are a skilled communicator, comfortable working across various business functions, as well as presenting recommendations, discussing opportunities, and engaging senior business team members.
  • You are a self-starter, proactively seeking revenue-generating opportunities whilst optimally prioritising your workload.
Your Next Challenge:
  • Be seen as the market owner for countries which you are allocated to lead.
  • Own the paid digital strategy and deployment across paid channels for the specified markets.
  • Primarily create and implement campaigns, bid management strategies, and optimization frameworks across Paid Search, with occasional involvement in Paid Social and Programmatic.
  • Supervise daily, monthly and quarterly spend and performance levels, proactively optimizing campaigns to grow your markets and deliver to monthly targets.
  • Collect data and reporting to communicate the market performance to the broader team, whilst providing recommendations in collaborations with other functions and stakeholders.
  • Conceive, develop and implement pilot programs across channels in collaboration with other team members, drive A/B testing and continuous improvement across established programs.
  • Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting, analysis and forecasting, showcasing the results which you have delivered. Be capable of presenting these to leadership across marketing, product, and other functions.
  • Contribute to a global team, sharing best practices, insights and observations from activities and competitors across your markets, as well as working collaboratively on wider business initiatives with other channel owners.
What You'll Need:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Paid Search is a must.
  • Shown experience optimising paid media to defined KPIs.
  • Proficient in the use and application of Google AdWords, SA360, and Google Analytics or other analytics tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate and analyse large data sets.
  • Experience using data visualization tools preferable (i.e., Looker, Tableau etc.)
  • Experience planning and executing digital marketing strategies (roadmap, tests) with proven track records in driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate optimally cross functionally with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and targets in multiple markets and languages
  • Experience in Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) or Display/Programmatic, YouTube would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work reliably within and across teams and to function well in a large and global environment.
  • Proficiency in English required. Other languages a bonus (Dutch, French, Italian, Eastern European languages desirable)
