Digital Marketing Manager New

I have a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join a scaling high growth business with a real purpose.
This is a fantastic environment where you'll be joining a team of high performing and dedicated professionals as they continue to scale their business.
Your role will be supporting that growth from a digital marketing perspective, developing a lead generation strategy, and developing the digital marketing foundations that will help them achieve their business goals.
What You'll Be Doing- Develop and manage creative automated marketing campaigns that educate, increase demand, capture engagement, and scale the marketing pipeline.
- Design, build and lead campaigns across various channels, including LinkedIn, Google, Paid Social, Email, Search, Display, Ad Networks.
- Work closely with the wider business to identify sweet spot prospects, tailor messaging and drive awareness for our products and solutions.
- Work with content producers and our designer to ensure timely production of marketing assets.
- Own the performance and continuously optimise the campaigns based on a datadriven approach and insights from A/B testing.
- Deliver accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting, as well as contributing to an automation of campaign management using HubSpot.
- Work closely with the Sales teams to nurture prospects and ensure that high intent revenue opportunities are converted to sales opportunities by sharing key goals and metrics and aligning on lead followup tactics.
Skills & Experience You Have
- 7+ years of experience in demand, growth, or performance marketing.
- Indepth knowledge and proven track record of successful demand and capture campaign execution with focus on: LinkedIn, paid social, ad networks, email and SEO.
- Demonstrate ability to identify industry and sectorspecific issues and create compelling, valueadded content for our target customers.
- Innovative growth mindset with a resultsdriven approach to work.
- Experience working with specific marketing and sales tools, including HubSpot and WordPress, SEMrush, Zoom info
- Ability to take the initiative, develop projects individually and work autonomously
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
You'll have full ownership of the digital marketing strategy and lots of autonomy to develop a strategy based on your insights and knowledge.
