Customer Service Rep | North Dublin | 28K

A prominent client is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their ever growing team. The role is on-site 5 days a week, and is shift work. Working 8 hours between 5am-1am with 2 days off per week with a scheduled roster. The company provides progression, fantastic training, & great benefits.

They are seeking the right candidate for a fun dynamic role that can build strong relationships with customers while adhering to company values.

Having a full drivers license is desirable for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create the optimal rental experience by maximising on sales and service opportunities for every customer.
  • Assist in Que Management at Dublin Airport Terminals, and off-site location, to facilitate shorter wait times and a smooth customer experience
  • Help backlogs at various pressure points across all departments
  • Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations.
  • Handle all customer needs with professionalism and confidence.
  • Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
  • Ad hoc duties in line with business needs

Experience and Skill

  • Excellent phone handling / communication skills
  • Experience in customer interactions in a fast paced environment is advantageous
  • Strong IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and conscientious approach to work
  • Driven, charismatic, and eager to learn in a fast paced, rewarding environment.
