Key Qualifications- Proven experience as an account executive or in a Supply Demand Analyst role
- Strong analytical abilities for data evaluation, analysis, and presentation to various audiences

- Advanced numeracy skills and proficiency in Excel
Gain an in-depth understanding of the Reseller's supply chain model and market dynamics. Address delivery and logistical issues promptly. Conduct regular reviews with partners, Sales, and Reseller Operations account managers. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, represent the customer's voice in cross-functional interactions, especially with Logistics and Logistic Carriers. Utilize reporting to identify trends, drive increased self-service, and work independently to disseminate information necessary for decision-making and business growth. Ensure compliance with essential requirements in Reseller contracts.
Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree - Preferably in IT, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, or Mathematics. Relevant experience in a similar field will also be considered.
