ServiceNow is seeking a Lead Development Representative (LDR) to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. As an LDR, you will help qualify leads, profile prospects and customers, and provide feedback on the most successful campaigns. Collaborating with Sales Development Reps and Field Sales professionals, your main goal is to identify and qualify opportunities for your team.

What you will do in this role:

The Lead Development Representative grows the sales pipeline while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

  • Follow up on Marketing-generated leads to assess them for potential Sales opportunities
  • Manage all inbound leads for Sales acceptance
  • Assist Marketing in executing various demand generation campaigns
  • Invite and attract attendance to company events and regional trade shows
  • Understand how ServiceNow solutions address customer needs
  • Research target accounts for prospecting, create prospecting lists, and map out company/account relationships
  • Maintain contact details in the CRM system, providing the account team with necessary information for understanding opportunities and planning next steps
  • Utilize our technology for managing marketing leads

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A creative and customer-oriented mindset
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings
  • Ability to effectively differentiate ServiceNow to customers
  • Occasional travel may be required for training or meetings
