  • Monitor Stock Levels: Regularly check and replenish stock of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.

  • Conduct Inventory Checks: Participate in regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
  • Process Transactions: Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and proper change handling.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate records of sales, tips, and any discrepancies in the cash drawer.
  • Close the Bar: Assist with cashing up at the end of the shift, ensuring that all financial transactions are balanced.
  • Clean the Bar Area: Keep the bar and surrounding areas clean and tidy throughout the shift, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of trash.
  • Restock and Organize Supplies: Ensure that all bar supplies are neatly organized and restocked as necessary.
  • Maintain Equipment: Regularly check and maintain bar equipment, such as taps, mixers, and refrigerators, reporting any issues to management.
Our requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role and good level of English language required
  • Ability to start within 7-14 days of job offer
