Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
Below duties & responsibilities will need to be closely aligned with internal DDM/Sales teams including bringing full support to DDM/Sales teams need to support Partners, while fully leveraging initiatives already in place.
Build an in-depth understanding of the Protection / Assistance markets across all countries in which CACI operates (currently France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Germany) and potentially other EEA markets.
Analyse and understand market trends, value propositions currently in place (products, pricing, customer journeys) and keep abreast of any changing trends.
Create a reporting on market trends.
Demonstrate a deep understanding and mapping of Partners and end-customers expectations and competitors reviews.
This includes but is not limited to; facilitation of workshops with Partners, conducting benchmarks, market watches, customer surveys, mystery shopping, focus groups, and creating market analysis reports.
Collaborate with European / local market research agencies and purchase research studies.
Product innovation
Design CACI's mid-term overarching product innovation roadmap in collaboration with internal DDM/Sales Teams and Partners, distinguishing between core offers, new eligible products, and assistance add-ons, ensuring full compliance with underwriting policies.
Propose offer enrichment on standard products based on market understanding, including end-to-end product design with actuarial teams, covering exclusions, pricing, etc., and lead project management on feasibility studies, product documentation, marketing pitches, and registration in collaboration with compliance teams.
Support to Distribution
In collaboration with internal teams and Partners:
Assess needs for sales engagement, training, and marketing support.
Design and implement promotional materials and programs, including training kits, webinars, POS materials, storytelling and sales pitches.
Measure campaign impact using KPIs.
CACI Commercial / Communication material
Build CACI corporate presentation template and tender pitch.
