We are seeking a
Virtual Sales and Marketing Specialist
to join our growing remote team, where youll play a vital role in digital outreach, client engagement, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Execute virtual sales activities and implement digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend customized insurance options.
Leverage warm, pre-qualified leadsno cold calling, door-to-door sales, or network marketing.
Track your performance and align daily activities with personal and team goals.
Stay current with industry tools, training, and trends to continually sharpen your skills.
Complete company-supported training to obtain a life insurance license (if not already licensed).
Qualifications
No prior insurance or marketing experience requiredcomprehensive training and mentorship provided.
Self-motivated and disciplined to manage time in a fully remote setting.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
