Accounts Payable Analyst Limerick

Experienced Accounts Payable Analyst required to work in Raheen, Limerick, with previous AP/Accounts administration experience.
Working in a team environment, you will provide general administration support to the finance group, with an emphasis on AP duties, including:
Working with business partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment of all vendor payment requests, including the resolution of mismatches and RFIs
Preparing regular reconciliations of vendor AP accounts
Ensuring appropriate financial controls are effective for all AP transactions
Preparing vouchers, account statements, reports, and other financial records
Posting details of business transactions into financial systems
Compiling and writing basic reports for other coordinators, analysts, and/or managers
Helping prepare reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
Engaging in routine document preparation, file management, scheduling/arranging meetings, travel arrangement, and ordering office supplies
Opening, sorting, prioritizing, and distributing incoming communications
Responding to routine requests
Skills / Experience
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in accounts payable in a multinational environment
Experience working on Oracle or SAP systems is an advantage
Proactive query handling/issue resolution
Ability to work to strict deadlines
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
The Offer
This position is a contract role, paying €17.30 per hour, paid weekly, working 35 hours per week, with 26 days of annual leave
