A leading global financial institution is seeking a Procurement Associate to join its high-performing procurement and operations function.

This role sits within the Operations Planning Department and will support source-to-pay (S2P) activities across multiple entities, geographies, and business units.

Benefits of the Procurement Associate Job include: Hybrid and flexible working modelCompetitive paid leave and public holidaysPrivate medical insurance and life coverMental health and wellbeing support servicesAccess to professional development and training resourcesClear career progression pathsEmployee-led sport and social clubsDiversity and Inclusion networksKey Responsibilities of the Procurement Associate Job: Support the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle for business units across EMEAManage and administer Coupa system access, user training, and troubleshootingConduct supplier onboarding and assist in contract execution processesMonitor compliance, conduct reporting and analysis of non-compliant purchase orders and invoicesBecome a subject matter expert in procurement tools (Coupa, Ariba or similar)Drive continuous improvements in procurement controls, systems, and policiesMaintain and update procurement intranet content, training material and how-to guidesSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other project-related activitiesSkills & Experience We welcome professionals from diverse backgrounds.
You do not need to meet every requirement, but experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
Previous experience in procurement operations, finance operations, or similarHands-on knowledge of procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP or OracleExperience deploying procurement systems and conducting end-user trainingFamiliarity with contract management, supplier onboarding, and invoice processingStrong analytical mindset; ability to interpret large data sets and report findingsOrganised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated with a customer-first approachCustomer FocusResults DrivenStrategic ThinkingRisk and Compliance AwarenessJudgement and Decision MakingEmbracing Diversity and InclusionProcess Improvement and InnovationWhy Apply for this Procurement Associate Job?
