Procurement Associate Role

A leading global financial institution is seeking a skilled Procurement Associate to join its procurement and operations function. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment with access to top-tier procurement systems and career progression pathways.

This role will support the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle for business units across multiple geographies and business units. You will manage and administer Coupa system access, user training, and troubleshooting. Conduct supplier onboarding and assist in contract execution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Source-to-Pay lifecycle for business units.
  • Manage Coupa system access, user training, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct supplier onboarding and assist in contract execution processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in procurement operations or similar field.
  • Hands-on knowledge of procurement platforms such as Coupa or similar.
  • Experience deploying procurement systems and conducting end-user training.
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
