You will be involved in some exciting projects across a variety of sectors and will be a key member of the team.
There is a really strong progression route for the right person, you will be instrumental in the Consultancies' growth supporting M&E design teams.
More specifically:
Populating concept M&E drawings in 2D CAD, Revit, BIM from stage 3 to 6 Design levelsPerforming clash detection and resolution using Revit to identify and mitigate conflicts earlyCollaborating with the Design team to integrate Revit models with architectural and structural modelsLiaising with Architects, Structural Engineers, Main Contractors design personnel and in-house Design staffImplementing and maintaining BIM standards and protocolsOffered opportunities to progress and growYou will have To be successful as Revit / BIM Coordinator you will have experience within the Building Services Sector as a Revit Engineer, BIM Engineer or Digital Engineer, with a Consulting or Contracting background.
Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as AutoCAD or Revit MEP.
Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Building Services Engineering.
