OverviewBarden are excited to partner with a key client based in Dublin as they search for a Senior Analytics Manager to join their team.This is a unique opportunity to join a team in its infancy where you can bring your ideas to life and have a meaningful impact on the Analytics landscape of this organisation.We are looking for someone with at least 8+ years experience in Data Analytics with previous leadership and managerial experience.ResponsibilitiesYou will oversee the delivery of repeatable, scalable insight solutions across the group.Lead the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and tools that support day-to-day and strategic decision-making.Ensure insight delivery is timely, accurate, and aligned with business priorities.Lead high-impact, cross-functional analytics initiatives that support strategic priorities such as customer insight, pricing, and performance optimisation.Manage the full lifecycle of analytics projects—from scoping and stakeholder alignment to delivery and impact measurement.Act as a strategic partner to senior commercial stakeholders, translating business goals into analytical frameworks and dashboards.Lead the design and delivery of insight products that inform decision-making at all levels—from C-suite to operational leads.Qualifications8+ years of experience in Data AnalyticsProven experience within a fast-paced environment, in a leadership, managerial capacityHighly proficient in Power BIA good understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks, and reporting best practices.Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and to influence executive-level stakeholders.How to applyIf you would like to hear more about this exciting opportunity, please reach out to me today.#J-*****-Ljbffr
