A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Senior Associate to join the Banking and Finance Group of a top tier law firm in Dublin.
This position offers the opportunity to join a market leading team who are leaders in developments in finance law.

The Role
The Banking and Finance Group advise both domestic and international clients on all types of finance including construction and property finance, acquisition finance, asset backed lending, fund lending, structured finance and warehouse lending.
While part of the wider Finance Group this position will have a focus on Real Estate Finance.
The Real Estate finance practice has extensive experience in advising both borrowers and lenders on structuring and documenting all types of secured and unsecured real estate finance arrangements (from individual assets to nationwide portfolios).
As a Senior Associate the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and building on client relationships and in supporting and mentoring junior colleagues on the team.
